Welcome to Frix. By downloading, installing, or using the Frix application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Frix is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to identify ingredients from photos and generate recipe suggestions. The service is provided "as is" and is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
You may use Frix anonymously or sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to bypass usage limits.
Free Tier: Includes up to 5 ingredient scans per day, 3 recipe suggestions per scan, and up to 10 saved favorites.
Premium Subscription ($4.99/month): Includes unlimited scans, dietary filters, cuisine preferences, unlimited favorites, and shopping list export. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's subscription terms.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings.

Recipes and ingredient detection results are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate. Frix does not guarantee the correctness, safety, or suitability of any recipe. Always use your own judgment when cooking, especially regarding food allergies, dietary restrictions, and food safety.
Frix is not a substitute for professional dietary, nutritional, or medical advice.
The Frix app, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Frix. AI-generated recipes are provided for your personal use. You retain ownership of any photos you upload.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frix and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to adverse reactions to recipes, data loss, or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Frix at any time if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in abusive behavior.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy.
