Welcome to PetCare. By downloading, installing, or using the PetCare application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Description of Service

PetCare is a mobile application that helps families manage pet care together. You can add pets, create care tasks such as feeding, walks, and vet appointments, and assign them to family members. The service is provided "as is" and is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

2. User Accounts

You may use PetCare anonymously or sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to bypass usage limits.

3. Households & Shared Access

PetCare allows you to create or join a household so that family members can collaborate on pet care. By joining a household, you agree that other household members will be able to view and manage shared pet profiles and tasks. You are responsible for inviting only trusted individuals to your household.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
• Circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates the rights of others
• Use the app to generate content for commercial resale

5. Pet Care Disclaimer

PetCare is a task management and coordination tool. It does not provide veterinary, medical, or professional pet care advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for health-related concerns about your pets.

PetCare is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

6. Intellectual Property

The PetCare app, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by PetCare. You retain ownership of any content you upload, including pet photos and notes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetCare and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to missed care tasks, data loss, or service interruptions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PetCare at any time if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in abusive behavior.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy.
