By downloading or using CarLog, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
CarLog is a vehicle maintenance and expense tracking app. It stores all data locally on your device.
Use of the App
CarLog is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the app to:
- Track vehicle maintenance events and expenses
- Log fuel entries and monitor fuel economy
- Record vehicle modifications
- Export your data for personal use
You agree not to misuse the app, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Subscriptions
CarLog offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (CarLog Pro) that unlock additional features such as unlimited vehicles, advanced analytics, and data export.
Billing
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Managing Subscriptions
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Your Data
All data you enter into CarLog is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your data. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your information.
Data Loss
CarLog is not responsible for any data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
CarLog, including its design, code, and content, is the intellectual property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app.
Disclaimer
CarLog is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. Use of the app is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of CarLog.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
